# Manage Shift Plan Calendar Days

!!! warning
	The system will automatically use the highest possible privilege. The difference between the **Manage** and the **Special Manage** is that the **Manage** checks that the current user belongs to the owner role of the Workgroup or the owner role of the **Shift Plan**.

## Overview

The Shift Plan Calendar Days are accessible through the **Calendar** View in the **Shift Plan** page. Due to performance reasons, the Calendar Days are only actually loaded once at least one Workgroup has been selected from the filters on the top. At most, only one month can be visible at any time.
