# Special Cancel Task

## Overview

This operation is used to cancel any **Task** even if the current user is not the *Requester*.

## Setup

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

## Preconditions

* The **Task** must be *Active*.

### Step 1

1. Review the **Task** information.
2. Press the **Cancel Task** button to complete the operation.
