# Cancel Transfer Requirement

## Overview

This operation is used to cancel a **Transfer Requirement**.

## Setup

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions.

## Preconditions

* The **Transfer Requirement** must be active.
* The **Transfer Requirement** system state must be *Requested*, *Approved* or *Released*.
* For every **Transfer Requirement** Item, the Picked Quantity and the In Transport Quantity must be zero.
* There must not be any active Pick List Item referencing any **Transfer Requirement** Item of the **Transfer Requirement** being cancelled that is in state *Picked*, *In Transport*, *Delivered* or *Closed*.
* Any Transfer Order that contains any Transfer Order Item that references a **Transfer Requirement** Item of the **Transfer Requirement** being terminated must be in state *Open*.

## Sequence of Steps

### Step 1

1. Review the **Transfer Requirement** information.
2. Press the **Cancel Transfer Requirement** button to complete the operation.
