# Relations

All Entity types currently support the addition and visualization of **Relations**. These relations establish a one-to-one connection between two objects and can be used to link contextual information pertaining to two different objects. They can be accessed via the *References* view:

A user can manually add **Relations** between objects although most of them are added automatically when two objects require contextual sharing of information due to their current operation state.

The **Relations** tab enables you to view and edit the existing **Relations** that exist in the system for the object, regardless of the current object being the *Source* or *Target* object in the **Relation**.
