## E10 Process State Model

E10 defines a set of states that will allow you to calculate well defined metrics.

On the MES this is mapped on the state model **SEMI E10**:

To track the tool Process State by using E10 you should use the workflow **ResourceState_01_ProcessStateChangeReceived** and the workflow task to use the **UpdateEquipmentE10MainState**.
