# Edit Business Workflow

Because the Business Workflow is a versioned entity, it is only possible to edit the Folder while it is still in the *Created* state. If the Business Workflow is already active, it is required that a new version is created instead.

To edit the Business Workflow, click on the **Edit** button. This will open a new pop-up window where the changes can be made.

After all changes are made, click the **Save and Close** button to apply the changes.
