--- alias: user-guide-pick-lists tags: - material logistics description: "Manage and view active pick lists, their items, and associated operations" --- # Pick Lists :lock: PickList.**Show** The **Pick Lists** page lists all the active **Pick Lists** in the system, allowing the user to have a bird's eye view of the status of Material Logistics and also to perform operations on multiple Pick Lists simultaneously, provided the adequate conditions are met. Since a **Pick List** defines specific **Materials** to be picked in order to fulfill one or more Transfer Requirements, a list of the Pick List Items contained in each Pick List can also be viewed in this screen, on a tab immediately next to the Pick Lists themselves. In addition, the user can filter the **Pick Lists** by their *System State* and by *Priority*, as well as a special checkbox that allows the user to see only the **Pick Lists** that are owned by the current **Employee**. Moreover, the *Search* box enables the user to find a specific **Pick List** by entering its name (full or partial). ![pick_lists_overview][pick_lists_overview] If one of the **Pick Lists** checkbox is ticked, the available operations for the specific **Pick List** will be displayed in the ribbon, allowing the user to promptly select and perform the required operation. Alternatively, from the list, it is possible to select the items of a particular **Pick List** by pressing the icon on the right side of each row, which will in turn display the items belonging to the particular **Pick List**. From this panel, a specific number of operations can also be performed on the single items, as displayed in the ribbon. ![pick_lists_items][pick_lists_items] If the Items tab is selected, an entire and unfiltered list of all the existing **Pick List** items in the system is displayed.
