--- alias: user-guide-quality-efc-page description: "Access a visual catalogue of failures linked to loss reasons and associated multimedia data" --- # Electronic Failure Catalogue :lock: Quality.**ElectronicFailureCatalogue** The **Electronic Failure Catalogue** page provides access to a collection of visual images generated automatically in the system based on information from **Multimedia** objects of scope Loss and the associations between **Multimedia** objects and Loss **Reasons**. This information is used to create a visual structured catalogue, which is also used when recording **Material** losses. You can interact with the viewer panel by selecting the desired category on the left-hand panel and drill down through the **Facility**, **Area**, **Step** and **Reason** tree. From there, each sub-category will have a subset of associated images that can be seen in the center panel, and information will be displayed on the right-hand panel. The default view is a thumbnail view but you can view a single image on-screen by switching the view type on the top-left corner of the central panel. From here, you can: * See detailed information on the image in the right-hand panel. * Drag the image by selecting it and dragging it to the center panel. * Zoom in and out using the bottom slider or the mouse wheel (if available). * Move to the previous image. * Move to the next image. * Navigate to the entities that compose the context of the image, when available: * **Facility** * **Area** * **Step** * **Reason** * **Multimedia** ![efc_list][efc_list] ## Create Electronic Failure Catalogue 1.
