--- alias: user-guide-inspection-orders description: "This page displays and manages active inspection orders with detailed sample information" --- # Inspection Orders :lock: InspectionOrder.**Show** The **Inspection Orders** page lists all the active **Inspection Orders** in the system, allowing you to have a bird's eye view of the status of Inspection Plans and also to perform operations on multiple Inspection Orders simultaneously, provided the adequate conditions are met. Since a **Inspection Order** can have specific samples per **Step** and **Material**, a list of the Inspection Order Step Material Samples contained in each **Inspection Order** can also be viewed in this screen, on a tab immediately next to the **Inspection Orders** themselves. In addition, you can filter the **Inspection Orders** by several different properties: * Type * System State * Creation Date * **Inspection Plan** There is also a special checkbox that allows you to see **Inspection Orders** that have been previously Terminated. Moreover, the Search box enables you to find a specific **Inspection Order** by entering its name (full or partial). ![Screenshot showing a list of inspection orders.](images/inspection_orders_list.png) If one of the **Inspection Orders** checkbox is ticked, the available operations for the specific **Inspection Order** will be displayed in the ribbon, allowing you to promptly select and perform the required operation. Alternatively, from the list, it is possible to select the Step Samples of a particular **Inspection Order** by selecting the icon on the right side of each row, which will in turn display the samples belonging to the particular **Inspection Order**. From this panel, a specific number of operations can also be performed on the single samples, as displayed in the ribbon. ![Screenshot showing a list of Inspection Orders with icons for selecting Step Samples.](images/inspection_orders_samples.png) If the Items tab is selected, an entire and unfiltered list of all the existing **Inspection Order** Step Samples in the system is displayed. !!! info For more information, see the [[tutorials-inspection]] tutorial.
