They use the [[user-guide-cortex]] interface, where you select options or provide responses required by the scenario. This metadata is defined through the **Automation Business Scenario** entity. Access Cortex through the **Automation** main menu or an **Automation Business Scenario**. Alternatively, use `Alt + O + X` from any page to select a business scenario. Interaction is limited to selecting scenario options and providing the responses the scenario requests. An **Automation Business Scenario** is an entity that holds a set of metadata that, depending on the context of the user, are able to be executed. It allows for users without knowledge of software development for the GUI, to be able to automate deterministic system scenarios, like creating entities, generating master data or even more complex actions. The main use-case is to give the user with a quick and easy way to configure the system. For more information as well as details on the structure of the metadata for configuration, see [[user-guide-automation-business-scenarios-building]] and [[user-guide-automation-business-scenarios-building-execution-engine]]. ## Management Operations For information about Automation Business Scenarios management operations, refer to the [Operations Page](automation_business_scenario_operations.md).
