# Document Page

:lock: Document.**Show**

The **Document** page displays general information on the specific **Document**. In addition, it enables you to perform all the operations that can be performed on a specific **Document**.

## Details Tab

* **Details** - displays general information on the **Document**.
* **Applicable Roles** - displays the **Roles** that are applicable for reading and understanding a specific **Document**.
* **Attributes** - enables the visualization of existing **Attributes** and the possibility to create new ones. For more information, see [[attributes-section]].
* **Attachments** - shows the documents that are attached to the **Document** and enables you to attach additional documentation to the **Document**.

:lock: Document.AI.**Compare**

In addition to the **Compare** feature below, you can can compare documents from the **Details** page. Do this by selecting the **Compare** button of the MES AI group, and compare the Previous version with the Current version:

## Tracking Tab

This tab shows information on the **Employees** that have read and understood the document.

## Contexts Tab

This tab shows information concerning all the contexts currently connecting the **Document** to other objects in the system:

* **Material Context** - displays the existing **Relations** between the **Document** and **Materials** that have been created in the system.
* **Resource Context** - displays the existing **Relations** between the **Document** and **Resources** that have been created in the system.

    To be able to edit the data contained in the Context tables, you will need the `ContextResolution.EditData` security feature.

## Compare Tab

:lock: Document.**Compare**

This tab provides a quick visual comparison between the selected entity version and any other version that can be selected through it. You can also export the comparison results to a PDF file through the **Export Comparison** button on the top ribbon. For more information, see [[compare-entity-versions]].

If you select the **Compare** button of the MES AI group, in the **Compare** tab you will be able to compare different versions of the same document:
