The **Resource View Tab** shows an overview of the available **Materials** for processing at the selected **Resource** in the Dispatch List sub-section which includes only **Materials** in state Queued. In the **Materials at Resource** sub-section, the system displays all the **Materials** which are currently associated with the Resource. The total number of **Materials** in each of these states is shown alongside the **Resource** Name and State. !!! note To access the Resource View Tab the feature `Manufacturing.fabExplorer` is required. Each **Material** from the list will then show the properties that have been previously defined, as seen in the example below. The selection of one or more **Materials**, by ticking the respective checkboxes, will enable some of the buttons in the action bar, allowing you to perform the desired **Resource** operations. ![Screenshot showing a Resource View Tab with processing resources, including material properties.](images/resource_view_full.png) Alongside the list of **Materials**, a column icon will be displayed. When selected, this icon will allow you to define the columns to be displayed for each material, as well as the type of sorting and filters. For more information on the layout configuration, see [[fab-explorer-index]]. ![Screenshot showing the "Column Options" menu in the Resource View Tab.](images/column_options.png) ![Screenshot showing Resource View Tab with filter options.](images/resource_filters.png) !!! info * The `Last Processed Resource` column shows the most recent Resource where the Material was processed, not the Resource where it is currently. If the Material has never been processed, the column will remain empty. * Badges next to a Material indicate additional conditions that require attention. For example, if a Material is in the *InProcess* state and has a Checklist associated with Track-Out, a badge will appear to indicate that the Checklist must be completed before the Track-Out operation. When a **Material** is waiting for an **Experiment** in the **Resource**, a lock badge will appear in the column next to **Material**. Selecting it will display a pop-over message, as shown in the image below. ![Screenshot showing a resource view with a column icon and awaiting materials.](images/experiment_lock_badge_resource_view_waiting_materials.png) Selecting each of the categories on the left will load specific information about the **Resource** and the objects that are associated to it in any given time on the right-side panel, which may include an extra right-hand panel with additional information. !!! info To update the information for a specific category, use the refresh button in the category box. This will update only that category, rather than the entire page. ![Screenshot showing the Resource View Tab with a partially refreshed layout.](images/partial_refresh_resource_view.png) The left side panel (as well as some of the right panels) can be customized by pressing the settings icon on the top right of each panel. The left selection panel has the following options: ![Screenshot showing the Resource View Tab's left panel settings.](images/resource_view_left_panel_settings.png) Selecting the desired options and saving the layout will overwrite the previous settings and set the new layout for the Resource View Tab. ### Resource View Tab for Storage Resources If the **Resource** has Processing Type equal to Storage, a different view is displayed, with two panels that separate the main panel between the storable **Materials** and the **Materials** that are already stored in the **Resource**: ![Screenshot showing Resource View Tab for Storage Resources, displaying two panels separating the main panel with storable Materials.](images/resource_view_processing_type_storage.png) !!! info For more information, see the [[fab-explorer-index]] page. ### Resource View Tab for Batch Resources For [[user-guide-batch-index]] Resources, the Resource View Tab adapts to provide an overview of the available Batch Materials at a specific **Resource**, organized into four sub-sections: * **Dispatch List** - shows the available **Materials** for dispatching at the selected **Resource**. These **Materials** will be in the Queued state. When selecting one or more **Materials**, by ticking the respective checkboxes, some of the buttons in the action bar will be enabled, allowing you to perform different operations. * **Planned Batches** - shows the **Batches** available for release at the selected **Resource**. It also shows the Batch Materials that are associated with a given Batch. These **Batches** will be in the Created state. When selecting one or more **Batches**, some of the buttons in the action bar will be enabled, allowing you to perform different operations. * **Batch at Resource** - shows a list of the **Batches** In Process state. Among other operations, you may Track-Out or Abort a given **Batch**. * **Processed Materials** - shows a list of the Processed Batches; when selecting one or more **Batches**, you may perform different operations. ![Screenshot showing a list of processed batches in the Resource View Tab for Batch Resources.](images/resource_view_for_batch_resources.png) !!! tip "Data Grid Customization" In any sub-section, you can customize the properties shown in the lists by selecting the :core-static-columns-sm:{ class="twemoji blue-icon" } icon. For more information, see [[user-guide-data-grid#column-options]]. ### Resource View Tab for Setup If the **Resource** has been configured for Setup, a different view is displayed. You will have access to the Setup information - it will be next to the **Resource** information (just below the top ribbon) -, have access to the Required Setup option (defaults to `false`), and other Setup information provided in the Required Setup column, and by specific icons as described and shown in the images below. === "Setup Not Started" This image shows that for the **Resource** to be able to process this **Material**, the Required Setup needs to be performed: ![setup not started](images/setup_not_started.png) === "Setup In Progress" This image shows that the **Resource** is executing the Required Setup for this **Material**: ![setup in progress](images/setup_in_progress.png) === "Setup Ready" This image shows that the Required Setup for this **Material** has been completed at the **Resource**, and the **Material** can be processed: ![setup ready](images/setup_ready.png) ## Schedule Tab The Schedule Tab is available when the Dispatch Schedule Type is set to Scheduling. This tab provides a timeline view of the Materials or Production Order Steps planned for this **Resource**. You can choose one of the possible different views for the listed Production Order Steps: * Planned Jobs / Materials - depending on the value of the Schedule View Mode property: * Material - displays a comprehensive list of the scheduled **Materials** for the **Resource**, including all relevant information for each one. ![Screenshot showing a comprehensive list of scheduled Materials for the Resource, including all relevant information.](images/resource_schedule_view_material.png) * Production Order Step - displays a comprehensive list of the planned jobs, with information for each of the jobs regarding progress, due date, quantities and the **Materials** associated to each Production Order Step, including the state (displayed on the header bar of the information box). ![Screenshot showing a production order step in a resource schedule view.](images/resource_schedule_view.png) * Calendar tab - displays a Gantt Chart that shows all the different **Materials** scheduled for the **Resource**, as well as any **Material** belonging to Production Order Steps. ![Screenshot showing a Gantt Chart displaying Resource and Production Order schedules.](images/resource_schedule_view_gantt.png) !!! info This tab is very similar to the Schedule Tab available in the **Schedule** page. For more information, see [[user-guide-schedule-page]]. * Unplanned Materials - displays a list of **Materials** currently on the **Resource** but outside the defined **Schedule**. ## Storage Tab For Resources of Processing Type Storage, a top-down view of the **Resource** is made available to you, displaying all the storage positions of the **Resource**, including information on the stored **Materials** or **Containers** for each position. You can zoom and drag the visualization and select each of the positions that are shown in grid form, with matrix-like indications of the storage positions. ![Screenshot showing a top-down view of a Resource's storage positions.](images/resource_storage_view.png) This tab is created from the information contained in the **Resource**.
