# Shift Definition Page

The **Shift Definition** page displays general information on the specific **Shift Definition**. In addition it enables the user to perform all the operations that can be performed on a specific **Shift Definition**.

## Details Tab

* **Details** - displays general information on the **Shift Definition**.
* **Shifts** - displays and manages information on the shifts that compose the **Shift Definition**.
* **Attributes** - enables the visualization of existing **Attributes** and the possibility to create new ones. For more information on **Attributes**, visit the section [Attributes](../../general/screen-layout/details-view-panel/attributes.md).
* **Attachments** - shows the documents that are attached to the **Shift Definition** and enables the user to attach additional documentation to the **Shift Definition**.

You can manage the shifts from within the actual **Shifts** section by selecting the **Manage** button and opening the Manage Shift Definition Shifts wizard:
