Transitioning from Dispatching to Scheduling#
To activate the scheduling functionality, switch the Resource's property Dispatch Scheduling Type property from dispatching to scheduling:

This change has some immediate effects on the system:
- The Resources start being considered for operational Scheduling Scenarios, which can then be released, presenting the production sequence as a suggestion sequence to the Resource.
- Dispatching continues to be an option for this Resource: the dispatch order is presented by the scheduling allocations.
- Track-in can be done in the sequence given by the Schedule or through regular dispatching.
