# How to: Record Loss/Bonus

### 1\. Go to the Business Data menu.

### 2\. Select the Material entity.

### 3\. Search for your Material and select it.

### 4\. Select the Record Loss/Bonus button.

### 5\. Select the Record Loss/Bonus option.

### 6\. Select LOSSES to record them.

### 7\. Enter the Loss Reason and Quantity.

### 8\. And select Record.

### 9\. Select the Loss/Bonus button.

### 10\. Select the Record Loss/Bonus option.

### 11\. Select BONUS to record them.

### 12\. Enter the Bonus Reason and Quantity.
