Scenario 2: Material Sort Rule Set on a Resource#

In this scenario, use the HighPriorityMaterialSorting Sort Rule Set provided in the master data file.

  1. Open the Coater-001 Resource View. Before any Sort Rule Set is assigned, the materials are sorted by the Material column in alphabetical order.

  2. Assign the Material Sort Rule Set to the Resource property.

  3. Open the Coater-001 Resource View again. The Materials are now sorted:

    • First by Priority
    • Second by Date Entered Step
