Undo Start While Performing a Checklist Instance#

If needed, we can restart Manual Task Checklist items with the Start And End Tracking Type by selecting the Undo Start icon. This eliminates the need to terminate the instance and create a new one. However, this option is only available if no Data Collection information has been posted and no Parts have been consumed.

We can quickly identify a Manual Task of Tracking Type Start And End by the icon that appears on the left of the item. As seen in the previous section, starting the item changes the icon to , indicating that the task is in progress. At this stage, the icon becomes available.

If necessary, we can restart the execution of the item by selecting the icon. The system will open a wizard so we can confirm the action and, by selecting the Undo button, the item is restarted as indicated by the icon.
