Weigh & Dispense#

In formulation industries, it is of critical importance that the different raw materials are correctly and precisely weighed and placed into appropriate containers. This process can take quite some time and it involves manual material handling operations as well the interaction with an electronic scale. The process is quite sensitive and prone to errors. A computer system can help in guiding the operator to ensure that he/she has the necessary qualifications and uses the necessary protection equipment; that only calibrated scales are used; that the weighed quantities fall within the predefined tolerances; and that the labels are printed correctly.
