Manage Event Rule Actions#

Overview#

This operation is used to Manage Event Rule Actions of an Event Rule.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

  • The Alarm Management module is properly licensed in the system.
  • The Event Rule exists in the system and it is Active.
  • The Event Rule must have at least one Event Rule Action.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1: Manage Event Rule Actions#

  1. In the Event Rule page, select the Actions section.
  2. Select Manage to access the Manage Event Rule Actions wizard.
  3. On the left panel you can , , and re-order Actions or as needed.
  4. If new Actions are added, you must provide the necessary information on the right panel.

    Note

    Depending on the selected Action Type, Notification or Rule, you will have different fields to complete.
