Resource#

The Resource Tasks are categorized into several types: Consumables for Resource Materials, Get Durables for Resource, Get Employee for Resource, Get Maintenance Activity Orders for Resource, Get Resources from Area, and Steps for Workgroup. Each type is further described below.

Consumables for Resource Materials#

The Consumables for Resource Materials Task retrieves the Materials of type Consumable for a selected Resource. It can be used as a dashboard task and, while it is primarily used in the Fab Explorer page to obtain the Consumables of a Resource within the Resource View, it can be used in any UI Page. To configure this task, you need to provide a name and, optionally, a description. Additionally, you can customize its behavior by adjusting the following settings:

  • Auto Refresh: When enabled, the page will automatically update its data at defined intervals. You can set the specific interval according to your needs. The default setting is false.
  • Retrieve Data on Start: When enabled, the system will fetch and display relevant data as soon as the page loads. The default setting is true.
  • Retrieve Data on Changes: When enabled, the system will update the data displayed whenever there are changes. The default setting is true.

Consumables for Resource Materials

To use this task, you should input the Resource ID of the selected Resource and, optionally, you can apply filters to the list of Consumables. The outputs will be a list of Consumable Materials for the selected Resource.

Get Durables for Resource#

The Get Durables for Resource Task retrieves the Materials of type Durable for a selected Resource. It can be used as a dashboard task, primarily used in Fab Explorer page to obtain the Durables of a Resource within the Resource View. It can also be used in any UI Page. To configure this task, you need to provide a name and, optionally, a description. Additionally, you can customize its behavior by adjusting the following settings:

  • Auto Refresh: When enabled, the page will automatically update its data at defined intervals. You can set the specific interval according to your needs. The default setting is false.
  • Retrieve Data on Start: When enabled, the system will fetch and display relevant data as soon as the page loads. The default setting is true.
  • Retrieve Data on Changes: When enabled, the system will update the data displayed whenever there are changes. The default setting is true.

Get Durables for Resource

The input for this task is the selected Resource, while the output is a list of Durable Materials associated with the chosen Resource.

Get Employee for Resource#

The Get Employee for Resource Task is used to retrieve the Employee and their check-in date on the selected Resource. It can be used in any UI Page. To configure this task, you need to provide a name and, optionally, a description. Additionally, you can customize its behavior by adjusting the following settings:

  • Auto Refresh: When enabled, the page will automatically update its data at defined intervals. You can set the specific interval according to your needs. The default setting is false.
  • Retrieve Data on Start: When enabled, the system will fetch and display relevant data as soon as the page loads. The default setting is true.
  • Retrieve Data on Changes: When enabled, the system will update the data displayed whenever there are changes. The default setting is true.

Get Employee for Resource

To use this task, you must input the current Resource where the Employee intends to check out, and the output will be the check-in date.

Get Maintenance Activity Orders for Resource#

The Get Maintenance Activity Orders for Resource Task is used to retrieve all MAOs associated with a Resource and its Sub-Resources, and it can be used in any UI Page. To configure this task, you need to provide a name and, optionally, a description. Additionally, you can customize its behavior by adjusting the following settings:

  • Auto Refresh: When enabled, the page will automatically update its data at defined intervals. You can set the specific interval according to your needs. The default setting is false.
  • Retrieve Data on Start: When enabled, the system will fetch and display relevant data as soon as the page loads. The default setting is true.
  • Retrieve Data on Changes: When enabled, the system will update the data displayed whenever there are changes. The default setting is true.

Get Maintenance Activity Orders for Resource

To use this task, you must input the current Resource; optionally, you can define whether to include Sub-Resources, and an entity filter to filter the Material by name. The outputs will include a list of all the MAOs associated with the Resource.

Get Resources from Area#

The Get Resources from Area Task retrieves all the Resources where an Employee is checked-in while also identifying the current Employee logged-in to the MES system. This task is also used to facilitate the check-out process for an Employee from selected Resources available within the Area View. It can also be used in any UI Page. To configure Get Resources from Area task, you need to provide a name and, optionally, a description. Additionally, you can customize its behavior by adjusting the following settings:

  • Auto Refresh: When enabled, the page will automatically update its data at defined intervals. You can set the specific interval according to your needs. The default setting is false.
  • Retrieve Data on Start: When enabled, the system will fetch and display relevant data as soon as the page loads. The default setting is true.
  • Retrieve Data on Changes: When enabled, the system will update the data displayed whenever there are changes. The default setting is true.

Get Resources from Area

To use this task, you must input the current Area where the Employee intends to check-out, and the outputs will include a list of all Resources that the current Employee can check-out from and current Employee logged-in to the MES system.

Steps for Workgroup#

The Steps for Workgroup Task retrieves the Steps for a selected Workgroup. It can be used as a dashboard task and is primarily used on the My Workgroup page to obtain the Steps associated with a Workgroup. To configure this task, you need to provide a name and, optionally, a description. Additionally, you can customize its behavior by adjusting the following settings:

  • Auto Refresh: When enabled, the page will automatically update its data at defined intervals. You can set the specific interval according to your needs. The default setting is false.
  • Retrieve Data on Start: When enabled, the system will fetch and display relevant data as soon as the page loads. The default setting is true.
  • Retrieve Data on Changes: When enabled, the system will update the data displayed whenever there are changes. The default setting is true.

Step for Workgroup

To use this task, you must input Workgroup ID of the selected Workgroup and, optionally, a collection of filters applied to the Steps. The output will be a list of Steps associated with the selected Workgroup.
