Overview#

Business Scenarios are a way to define via metadata, a set of questions and answers that will result in actions in the systems. It leverages the Cortex interface accessed through the Activity Center on the far right of the header. This metadata are able to be defined using the entity Automation Business Scenario.

An Automation Business Scenario is an entity that holds a set of metadata that, depending on the context of the user, are able to be executed. It allows for users without knowledge of software development for the GUI, to be able to automate deterministic system scenarios, like creating entities, generating master data or even more complex actions.

The main use-case is to give the user with a quick and easy way to configure the system.
