Export Automation Controller Workflow#

Overview#

This operation is used to export a Automation Controller Workflow so that it can be exported later or in another Critical Manufacturing instance.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

  • The Automation Controller exists in the system and is in Active or Created state.

Sequence of Steps#

The Export Automation Controller Workflow wizard can be called from the workflow editor within the Automation Controller page.

Step 1: General Data#

  1. Open the workflow designer and press the three dots on the right hand side of the Pages panel. Press Export to open the wizard.
  2. Select the name of the exported workflow.
  3. Select the display name of the exported workflow.
  4. Select Next to select the tasks to export.

Step 2: Tasks#

  1. Select the tasks to be exported in the workflow.
  2. Press Export to complete the operation.
