Track-out Batch#

Overview#

This operation is used to Track-Out a given Batch.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the precondition of the transaction.

Preconditions#

  • The Batch exists in the system and is Active.
  • The Batch System State is In-Process.
  • The Batch Load State is Loaded.
  • All Batch Materials must be In-Process at the Batch Step and the Batch Resource must be defined.

Sequence of Steps#

  1. Choose a In-Process Batch, then select the Track-Out button on the top ribbon.
  2. A wizard will appear with the list of the Batch Items, as shown below.

  3. Optionally, enter a comment for the operation.

  4. Select Next.
  5. A wizard displaying Resource Details will appear, as shown below. Here, you can select the Resource State from the following options: Productive, Standby, or Engineering.

  6. Optionally, enter a comment for the operation.

  7. Select Track-Out.

After you Track-Out a Batch, its System State will change to Processed, as well as all the Batch Materials.
