--- alias: user-guide-track-out-batch description: "This documentation outlines the process for batch track-out operations within a system" --- # Track-out Batch :lock: Batch.**TrackOut** ## Overview This operation is used to Track-Out a given **Batch**. ## Setup No specific setup is required other than to meet the precondition of the transaction. ## Preconditions * The **Batch** exists in the system and is Active. * The **Batch** System State is In-Process. * The **Batch** Load State is Loaded. * All Batch Materials must be In-Process at the Batch Step and the Batch Resource must be defined. ## Sequence of Steps 1. Choose a In-Process **Batch**, then select the **Track-Out** button on the top ribbon. 1. Optionally, enter a comment for the operation. 1. Select **Next**. 1. A wizard displaying Resource Details will appear, as shown below. Optionally, enter a comment for the operation. 1. Select **Track-Out**. !!! info After you Track-Out a **Batch**, its System State will change to Processed, as well as all the Batch Materials.
