Unassign Employees from Certification#

Certification.UnassignEmployees

Overview#

This operation is used to disassociate Employees from a Certification, causing the Employees to no longer possess the Certification and should no longer obtain this Certification.

Preconditions#

• The Certification to be unassigned exists and it is Active.
• The current user must belong to the Owner Role of the Certification.
• The user can only unassign Employees from Certification records for which the Grant Type is either Null or Manual.

Sequence of Steps#

To unassign one or more Employees from the Certification, open the page of the Certification, select the Employees you want to unassign from that manager and select the Unassign button in the Employees section of the page.

Step 1: Details#

1. Confirm the Employees that should be unassigned from the Certification.

2. Select Unassign to complete the operation.
