Enable and Disable#

Overview#

These operations are used to activate or deactivate a Chart. When the Chart is disabled, it is not possible to post data to any of its logical charts.

Setup#

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

  • To enable the Chart it needs to be disabled when the transaction takes place.
  • To disable the Chart it needs to be enabled when the transaction takes place.

Sequence of Steps#

Enable#

  1. When the Chart is opened, select Enable.
  2. Verify the Chart details.
  3. Optionally, enter a comment.
  4. Select Enable to complete the operation.

Disable#

  1. When the Chart is opened, select Disable.
  2. Verify the Chart details.
  3. Optionally, enter a comment.
  4. Select Disable to complete the operation.
