Overview#

A Data Collection is a reusable object that is associated to Materials via a Data Collection Instance (DCI) object. A DCI object holds the context for which the Data Collection was opened, along with the data posted during the lifecycle of the DCI.

The DCI page displays general information on the specific DCI. In addition, it enables you to perform all the operations that can be performed on a specific DCI.
