Manage Employee Qualification#

Overview#

This operation allows you to manage the information of a specific Qualification for one or more Employees, meaning that the Employee Qualification Details can be updated.

Preconditions#

  • The user must belong to the Owner Role of the Qualification.

Sequence of Steps#

To manage one or more Qualifications for a specific Employee, open the page of the Employee, navigate to the Qualifications section of the page, select the Qualification to be managed, and select the Manage button.

Step 1: Details#

  1. Confirm the Qualification of the Employee that should be managed.
  2. You can modify the following:

    • Qualification Date
    • Valid To
    • Reason
    • Proficiency
    • Remarks

    Note

    It is not possible to remove the Qualification Date if it is already set.

  3. Optionally, enter a comment.

  4. Select Update to complete the operation.
