# Unassign Qualification from Employee

:lock: Qualification.**UnassignEmployees**

## Overview

This operation is used to disassociate one or more **Qualifications** from an **Employee**, causing the **Employee**(s) to no longer possess the **Qualification** and should no longer obtain this **Qualification**.

## Preconditions

* The **Qualification** to be unassigned exists and it is Active
* The current user must belong to the Owner Role of the **Qualification**
* The user can only unassign **Qualification** from the **Employee** for which the *GrantType* is either Null or Manual

## Sequence of Steps

To unassign one or more **Qualifications** from the **Employee**, open the page of the **Employee**, navigate to the **Qualifications** section, select the **Qualifications** to be unassigned and press the *Unassign* button.

### Step 1: Details

1. Confirm the **Qualifications** that should be unassigned from the **Employee**.
2. Press **Unassign** to complete the Wizard.
