Separate Maintenance Activity Orders#

MaintenanceActivityOrder.Separate

Overview#

This operation is used to separate one or more Maintenance Activity Orders (MAOs) which have been previously joined.

Preconditions#

• The Parent MAO:
  • Is Active and in execution state: Requested, Approved, or Released.
  • Belongs to same Maintenance Plan Instance as the Children MAO to be separated.
• All Children MAOs to be separated:
  • Are Active and in execution state: Requested, Approved, or Released.
  • Belong to the same Maintenance Plan Instance.
  • Have the same Parent MAO.
• The user must belong to the Maintenance Plan Instance Owner Role.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1#

1. Select all the MAOs to be separated from the Parent MAO.
2. Optionally, enter a Comment
3. Select Separate to complete the operation.
