Special Check-In Employee at Maintenance Activity Order#

🔒 MaintenanceActivityOrder.SpecialCheckIn

Overview#

This operation is used to check-in an Employee at a Maintenance Activity Order (MAO). The difference to the normal Check-In Employee at Maintenance Activity Order operation is that this is intended for users who are not currently logged in the application.

Preconditions#

  • The Employee performing the check-in is Active and matches the Employee properties to which the Check-In applies.
  • If the Employee to be checked in has the property Require Clock-In set to true, the Employee Clocked State must be Clocked-In.
  • The Employee is not yet associated with the MAO or any other MAO in exclusive mode.
  • The MAO exists, is Active, In Progress, and has the property Enable Check-In set to true.
  • If the MAO property Restrict Check-In is set to true, the Employee can only be checked in using a Certification that meets the following conditions:
    • The Employee holds the Certification in either Active or Grace Period state.
    • The Certification is listed in the Maintenance Activity Personnel Requirements of the MAO.
    • The number of Employees currently checked in with that Certification is less than the Quantity specified in the Personnel Requirements. After the check-in, it may be equal to the defined Quantity, but never exceed it.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1: Authentication#

  1. Enter the username and password. If token authentication is configured, it is also possible to use the token as an alternative authentication method.
