Special Check-In Employee at Maintenance Activity Order#

Overview#
This operation is used to check-in an Employee at a Maintenance Activity Order (MAO). The difference to the normal Check-In Employee at Maintenance Activity Order operation is that this is intended for users who are not currently logged in the application.
Preconditions#
- The Employee performing the check-in is Active and matches the Employee properties to which the Check-In applies.
- If the Employee to be checked in has the property Require Clock-In set to
true, the Employee Clocked State must be Clocked-In. - The Employee is not yet associated with the MAO or any other MAO in exclusive mode.
- The MAO exists, is Active, In Progress, and has the property Enable Check-In set to
true. - If the MAO property Restrict Check-In is set to
true, the Employee can only be checked in using a Certification that meets the following conditions:- The Employee holds the Certification in either Active or Grace Period state.
- The Certification is listed in the Maintenance Activity Personnel Requirements of the MAO.
- The number of Employees currently checked in with that Certification is less than the Quantity specified in the Personnel Requirements. After the check-in, it may be equal to the defined Quantity, but never exceed it.
Sequence of Steps#
Step 1: Authentication#
- Enter the username and password. If token authentication is configured, it is also possible to use the token as an alternative authentication method.
Step 2: Details#
- If the MAO property Restrict Check-In property is set, you must select one of the Certifications to perform the Check-In.
- Optionally, enter a Comment.
- Select Check-In to complete the operation.
Note
If the Employee that is checking in is a Trainee, the system will request the authentication of a valid certified Trainer.
