# Approve Material Transfer

## Overview

This operation is used to approve a **Material Transfer**.

## Setup

No specific setup is required other than to meet the precondition of the transaction.  

## Preconditions

* User is the supervisor or the **Material Transfer's** requester.
* The **Material Transfer's** universal state is *Active* and its system state is *Requested*.

## Sequence of Steps

1. Select a **Material Transfer** and press the **Approve** button to initialize the wizard.
2. Review the transaction's information.
3. Optionally, enter a comment.
4. Press **Approve** to complete the transaction.
