Special Approve Material Transfer#

Overview#

This operation is used to approve a Material Transfer, bypassing some restrictions, i.e. by enabling a user who is not the supervisor, to approve the Material Transfer.

Setup#

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• Material Transfer universal state is Active and its system state is Requested.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1: Details#

1. Select a Material Transfer and press Special Approve to initialize the wizard.
2. Review the Material Transfer information.
3. Optionally, enter a comment.
4. Click Approve to complete the transaction.
