# Special Approve Material Transfer

## Overview

This operation is used to approve a **Material Transfer**, bypassing some restrictions, i.e. by enabling a user who is not the supervisor, to approve the **Material Transfer**.

## Setup

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

## Preconditions

* **Material Transfer** universal state is *Active* and its system state is *Requested*.

## Sequence of Steps

### Step 1: Details

1. Select a **Material Transfer** and press **Special Approve** to initialize the wizard.  
2. Review the **Material Transfer** information.
3. Optionally, enter a comment.
4. Click **Approve** to complete the transaction.
