Manage Material Maps#

Material.ManageMaps

Overview#

This operation is used to manage the Maps of a Material.

Setup#

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• The Material exists and is Active.
• The Material is currently associated to, at least, one Map.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1#

1. Open the Maps tab and click Manage.
2. Select a Map from the menu and set the options Master and Merged Map to true or false, per your preference.
3. Select Verify to test whether the quantities are the same between the Material and the map, or the Synchronize option to match the Material and the Map quantities.
4. Click Update to commit your changes.
5. Once the operation is completed the and the Map(s) is/are listed, additional operations will be made available. If you wish to perform other operations on the Material, please visit the sections Verify Map Quantity and Synchronize Map Quantity.
