Track-Out Sub-Material#

Overview#

This operation is used to track out a Sub-Material. A track-out means that the Material has completed processing at a given Resource.

Setup#

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

  • The Material exists and it is Active.
  • The Material is not OnHold and not InTransit.
  • The Material is In Process.
  • The Resource from which the Sub-Material is being tracked out is the current Resource.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1: Resource State#

  1. Select the Sub-Material and click on the Track-In button.
  2. Verify the Resource details and define the Resource State.
  3. Define a Reason.
  4. Click Track-Out to complete the transaction.
