View Material Documents#

🔒 Material.ViewDocuments

Overview#

This operation is used to view the Documents that are associated with the current Material context.

Setup#

Documents are only shown within the browser if the browser contains a plug-in to display the file. If it does not contain a file viewer, the user will be prompted to select a location to download the file.

Preconditions#

  • There are effective Documents associated with the current Material context.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1#

  1. Select View Documents on the top ribbon. The system will display all applicable documents in all different formats and it will automatically open the first Document on the list.
  2. Select a Document from the list on the left, to open and visualize it on the right-hand side panel. To change between documents, select them individually in the grid of Documents or use the directional arrows. To visualize the document in full screen, select the button next to the arrows.
  3. When you have visualized the document, select Close.
