# Complete Periodic Inventory

## Overview

This operation is used to complete an open **Periodic Inventory**.

## Setup

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions.

## Preconditions

* The **Periodic Inventory** must be Active.
* The **Periodic Inventory** system state must be *Open*.
* All **Periodic Inventory** Materials system state must be *Closed*.

## Sequence of Steps

### Step 1

1. Review the **Periodic Inventory** item information.
2. Press the **Complete** button to complete the operation.
