Manage Pick List Items#

PickList.Edit

Overview#

This operation is used to edit the items of a Pick List allows item replacement within the scope of a specific Pick List.

Setup#

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions.

Preconditions#

• The Pick List must be Active.
• The Pick List system state must be Open or In Progress.
• If there is an owner defined for the Pick List, the current Employee must match that owner.

Sequence of Steps#

1. Select a Pick List that follows the criteria for picking, navigate to the Items section and press the Manage button.
2. The Material defined for each of the listed Pick List Items can be replaced by another Material, provided that the released quantity is not yet fulfilled. Adding or removing Materials is allowed, with the quantity being automatically calculated and displayed.
3. Press the Update button to complete the operation.
