# Manage Pick List Items

## Overview

This operation is used to edit the items of a **Pick List** allows item replacement within the scope of a specific **Pick List**.

## Setup

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions.

## Preconditions

* The **Pick List** must be Active.
* The **Pick List** system state must be *Open* or *In Progress*.
* If there is an owner defined for the **Pick List**, the current **Employee** must match that owner.

## Sequence of Steps

1. Select a **Pick List** that follows the criteria for picking, navigate to the *Items* section and press the **Manage** button.
2. The **Material** defined for each of the listed Pick List Items can be replaced by another **Material**, provided that the released quantity is not yet fulfilled. Adding or removing **Materials** is allowed, with the quantity being automatically calculated and displayed.
3. Press the **Update** button to complete the operation.

	The Quantity value to pick for every **Pick List** Item must be bigger than zero.
