Overview#

This operation is used to release a Plan Scenario, updating the target values within the Plan defined as Effective Plan.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• A Plan exists in the system and is Active.

Sequence of Steps#

You can release a Plan Scenario from the Release button located on the top ribbon of the Plan Scenario page.

Step 1: General Data#

1. Confirm the information presented by the Wizard.
2. Choose whether to override the targets defined in the time frame items of the Frozen period of the current Effective Plan.
3. Choose whether to override the targets defined in the time frame items of the In Progress period of the current Effective Plan.
4. Optionally enter a comment for the operation.
5. Press Release to complete the Wizard.
