Select Print to print the document.
Note
Printers must be filtered as follows:
- If the Printable Document Layout Content Type is Internal, the list of possible Printers must include only Printers that do not have an associated Printing Integration.
- If the Printable Document Layout Content Type is External, the list of possible Printers must include only Printers that have an associated Printing Integration.
Printing Multiple Labels#
When printing labels, page usage is determined by the structure of the layout and the type of Data Band configured. For more information, see Printable Document Layout.
If the layout contains a single page with a single Data Band of type Copies, the system calculates the minimum number of pages required and distributes the label copies accordingly. When space permits, multiple copies are positioned on the same page to maximize usage of the printable area.
In all other configurations - that is, when the layout contains more than one page, includes multiple Data Bands, or the Data Band is not of type Copies - the system prints each copy on a separate page. In these cases, the complete page layout is duplicated for every copy, and any remaining space on the page is not reused.
