Create Qualification Check#

QualificationCheck.Create

Overview#

This operation is used to create a Qualification Check. A template can also be created using a similar procedure and there is also the possibility of using a template to create the new object as well. This selection can be done in the main entity menu.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• The Maintenance Management module must be properly licensed in the system.
• The Qualification Check name must be unique.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1: General Data#

1. Provide a name for the Qualification Check.
2. Optionally, provide a description of the Qualification Check.
3. Optionally, choose the Data Group.

4. Specify the Instance Type:

   • Single (default) – only one Maintenance Activity Order targeting the same Qualification Items can run at the same time.
   • Multiple – multiple Maintenance Activity Orders can run simultaneously for the same Qualification Items.

5. Select Create to complete the operation and the new Qualification Check will be created.
