# Change Automation Mode

## Overview

This operation is used to change the Resource's automation mode, both from online to offline and from offline to online.

## Setup

No specific setup is required other than to meet the precondition of the transaction.

## Preconditions

* The **Resource** automation mode is either online or offline.  

## Sequence of Steps

### Step 1

1. Press the **Change Automation Mode** button.
2. Verify the information.
3. Optionally, enter a comment.
4. Press **Change** to complete the transaction.
