Manage Structure#

Overview#

This operation is used to manage the Resource's structure with regards to Parent Resources and Sub-Resources.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the precondition of the transaction.

Preconditions#

  • The Resource exists and is Active in the system.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1: Manage Resource Structure#

  1. Optionally, add Parent resources. Only resources of processing type Component can have multiple parents.

  2. Optionally, add sub-resources (not possible for Resources of processing type ConsumableFeed or LoadPort).

  3. Confirm the details of the Parent and Sub-Resources and select Update to complete the operation.
