No specific setup is required other than to meet the precondition of the transaction.

Preconditions#

  • The Resource exists, is Active, and the Processing Type is Process.

Sequence of Steps#

You may need to manage the Running Modes of a Resource so that you can select an available Running Mode during Track-In.

Info

Running Mode Sub-Resources are used to determine whether a particular Running Mode is available or not. During Track-In, you can use the Running Mode in association with a Service (that requires a Running Mode) to force the choice of a Running Mode to determine the Recipe.

Step 1: Running Modes#

  1. Select an appropriate Resource, navigate to the Running Modes section and select the Manage button.
  2. Add or remove Running Modes as needed (select to add, and to remove).
  3. Provide for each item the following information:

    • Name (must be unique).
    • Optionally, a description.
  4. Select Next to continue.
