Record Send-Ahead Run Result#

SendAheadRun.RecordResult

Overview#

This operation is used to record the result for one or more send-ahead Materials of a Send-Ahead Run.

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

The Send-Ahead Run exists in the system, the System State is Active and the state is Open.
All send-ahead Materials for which the result is being recorded must be Open.

The Record Send-Ahead Run Result wizard can be called from the Send-Ahead Run page within the Business Data Group.

For this operation to be called directly from the Send-Ahead Run page, the Capture Results Mode must be set to Manual.

Selecting a Send-Ahead Run that matches the preconditions, navigate to the Materials section and within that section open the Send-Ahead Materials tab.
Select a send-ahead Material by ticking the appropriate row.
Select the Record button on top of the grid to open the wizard.
Select the result from the two available options: Pass or Fail. You can optionally add remarks to the record.
Select Record to complete the operation.
