--- alias: user-guide-remove-non-working-time description: "This process removes employee non-working times from calendar days within a shift plan" --- # Remove Employee Non-Working Times ## Overview This operation allows the removal of definition of non-working time for a given **Employee**. ## Preconditions For the selected **Employee** Calendar Days: * Non-Working Day Type is not set for the selected Employee Calendar Day(s). * The selected **Employee** Calendar Day(s) contain non-working times. ## Sequence of Steps Select the desired Employee Calendar Days in the Shift Plan, then select **Remove Non-Working Times** from the **Remove** dropdown button and follow the steps below: 1. Check the non-working times to be removed in the Employee Non-Working Times Grid. 2. Optionally, enter a comment. 3.
