Search Substrate Map#

SubstrateMap.Search

Overview#

This operation is used to search a Substrate Map matching the selected criteria.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• The Substrate Map exists in the system and it is in the Active state.

Sequence of Steps#

The Search button is available in the Substrate Map page within the Business Data Group.

Step 1: Substrate Map Search#

1. Select the Search button on the top ribbon to enter the Substrate Map Search page.

2. Select a search type to filter the database. Optionally, specify a date and time to further refine the results. You can search using one of the following methods:

   • Substrate - you must provide a Substrate Id, and you can optionally provide a Substrate Type (restricted to the E142 types - Wafer, Frame, Strip, Tray) and a Layout Specifier.
   • Carrier - you must provide a Carrier Id.
   • Lot - you must provide a Lot Id.
   • Alias - you must provide an Alias Type and Alias Value.
   • Device - you must provide a Device Id.

   Note

   These Ids can be found in the original file used to create the Substrate Map. For more information, see CM SEMI E142 schema.

3. Select Search.
