This operation is used to terminate a **Substrate Map**.  

## Setup

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

## Preconditions

* The **Substrate Map** exists in the system and is in the Active state.

    If the Substrate Map has Overlay Bin Converter information, it will also be terminated.
